As a wedding photographer, I go to the same venues regularly but sometimes I will be asked to shoot a venue I haven't been to before.  Often this is a very good thing as it bring back the excitement of looking for new places to shoot, new ideas to flow and makes for a very creative day.  If I haven't been to your venue before, I will alway do a recce of the venue.  This will either be done with yourselves if you wish or i can do it on my own at a time that suits myself.  Please don't be discouraged if I haven't shot your venue before as its impossible to have photographed all the venues in scotland as there are so many.  In fact, if its somewhere I have been dying to shoot and haven't had the chance too.  You may get some added extras.
